Amazon said the reason for full refund was not having a proof of delivery.
I am working on requesting them to UPS and Japan Post and sure it will be sent to you later.
As the signature of recipient is attached, it can be a perfect proof of delivery.

However when I told that to Amazon, they said the delivery late was against the company's policy and ↵
