高い評価を頂きありがとうございました。別の方が指摘して下さったとおり、最終行にミスがありましたが。

最終行ですが、万一に備えてという意味で使ってらっしゃらるので、私は送り側の気持ちを考えたらそういう表現のほうが、気弱に思われないのでよいと思いました。ただ、something →anythingのほーがよいかと。あと、最初の方のレビューのit may mightは、it mightにしないと、文法エラーです。

確かに、そういう風に考えると違和感はありません。in caseが相手にどうとられるかですね。may mightはおかしいですね。
