Dear Valued Users, 

We sincerely appreciate your continued support. 

We regret to inform you that as of November 30, 2024, our service Conyac will be terminated. 

Conyac has been a convenient platform for online translation requests, allowing bilingual freelancers to provide their valuable skills, and was supported by many users over the years.

However, due to the decision made by the parent company to dissolve Xtra, Inc. (operator of Conyac), it has become difficult for us to continue providing our service.

We extend our heartfelt thanks to all of our users for their long-standing support, and we deeply apologize for any inconvenience this may cause. We kindly ask for your understanding.

Currently, preparations are underway to offer a successor service. Further details will be provided as soon as they become available, so your patience will be greatly appreciated.

Conyac 

After this time, it will no longer be possible to place or handle any Light or Standard requests that cannot be completed by this deadline. 

Any ongoing Market requests that are not completed by Sunday, November 17, 2024, at 11:59 PM (Japan Time) will be canceled. 

After the service termination date, you will no longer be able to access your My Page.

For clients, please ensure that you check your order history and download any delivered materials by the service termination date. For more detailed instructions for clients, please refer to the following FAQ. 

For freelancers, please confirm any information required for tax reporting, such as withholding amounts, through the "Payout" page under the "History" tab. For more detailed instructions for freelancers, please refer to the following link. 

Although the remaining time is short, we would appreciate your continued use of our service until the termination date. For inquiries regarding this matter, please contact us through the inquiry form. We kindly ask for your understanding as it may take longer than usual for us to respond due to a higher volume of inquiries.
