In order to provide childcare that allows children to live with peace of mind, XXXX follows the purpose of the child welfare law, nursery school nursery guidelines, guidance and supervision standards for unlicensed nurseries. 第３条（保育サービスの内容）

第４条（利用開始手続）

Article 4 (Usage start procedure)
1 Thprotectors make the required document which our kindergarden appoints before the usage start of our kindergarden and submit it to the Director.

Article 3 (Content of child care services)
1 The kindergarten will provide the child care services required to grow up whereby the Child Welfare Act, the guidance of the nursery center's child care and standards inspection of nursery center's instruction for non-registered facilities.
2 The child care service of the kindergarten will along with " ABC school guidebook of the year ".

Article 4 ( Procedure if the initiation of the usage)
1 The parents will make the required documents selected by the kindergarten and submit to the manager of the kindergarten before initiation of the kindergarten.

２　当幼児園長は、保護者が提出する書類及び料金の納入に不備がある場合は、当該不備が是正されるまで園児の当幼児園の利用を停止することができます。

第５条（契約期間）
１　本契約の契約期間は、平成29年4月1日から平成30年3月31日迄とします。
２　期間満了日の30日以前に、保護者から当幼児園に対して、書面により契約終了の申出がない場合、次年度の4月1日から3月31日までの1年を契約期間として本契約を更新するものとし、更新後も同様とします。

2. In case where there is a mistake in the document submitted by parent and payment of the fee, head of the kindergarten is allowed to stop the child coming to the kindergarten until the said mistake is corrected.

Article 5: Contract Period
1. The period hereof shall be from April 1st 2017 through March 31st 2018.
2. If the parent does not inform termination of the contract in writing to the kindergarten prior to thirty (30) days of expiration of the contract, this contract shall be renewed by understanding that the contract period is from April 1st to March 31st of the next year. The same shall apply thereafter.

2 The kindergarten will able to stop the usage by the manager of the kindergarten if there are problems with the documents submitted by the parents and payments.

Article 5 ( Contract period)
1 The contract period will be from 1th April 2017 to 31th March 2018.
2 Before the 30 days end of the periods if the parents will not declare finish of the contract on the documents to the kindergarten, the contract will be renew a year as from 1th April to 31th March in the next years and same after renewed also.

３更新時に、契約内容についての別途の合意がない場合には、更新前と同一条件にて契約が更新されるものとします。但し、保護者は2歳児クラスから3歳児クラスになる年度において契約を更新する際には、本契約第7条（ア）に規定する通り、月額保育料が変更されることを保護者は確認しました。

3. When renewing the contract, if details hereof is not agreed other than this, the contract shall be renewed under the same condition as before the renewal. However, when parents renew the contract in the year promoting from second (2) years old to three (3) years old, they confirmed that the monthly fee of nursing care is changed subject to Article 7 (a) herein.
The last renewal must be made at the end of March when 4 years old starts going to school.

Article 6: Use hour and Day of closing
1. The basic hour they are allowed to use is as follows.
8:30 to 17:00
In case of using the pick up bus service, the hour above is subject to change.

3 We are supposed to renew contract by same condition of previous contract except for the case that
we agree another agreement about content of contract when we renew contract.
But parents shall be confirmed to change monthly childcare fee following to article 7 in this cpntract (ア)
when children promote from age 2 class to age 3 class.
4 Deadline of renewal contract is the end of March when children reach the age to start school.

Article 6 (Available time and the day of close)
1 Basic available time is like below.

If apply for bus transportation service, it might be prolonged for avaiable time considering to that.

３ 休園日は、当幼児園が定めるABC園規則に定めるものとします。

第７条（利用料金）
保護者は、当幼児園による保育サービスの対価として、以下の項目のうち、園児が保育サービスを受けたものについては、次の通り料金を支払うものとします。（いずれも税込料金としますが、契約期間中に税率の変動があった場合には、新税率適用後の利用料金を支払います）

Article 7 ( Cost of usage)

２　延長保育利用料及び夕食費は、当月分を、翌月２０日に、保護者指定の金融機関口座からの自動引き落との方法により支払うものとします。ただし、退園月や卒園月については、この限りではありません。
３　前２項に拘わらず、入園金、初回請求費用に関しては当幼児園が指定した期日までに、銀行口座に振込支払うこととします。
４　保護者は、園児が月の途中で入園又は退園した場合においても、入園又は退園をした月についての、１カ月分の月額保育料及び施設利用料を支払うものとします。

2. The fee of using the nursing care by extended hour and fee of super for the month shall be paid from the account of financial institution designated by parents by means of automatic withdrawing on twentieth (20) of the next month except for the month and year when they leave or graduate.

3. Notwithstanding the above preceding two (2) clauses, money of entering the kindergarten and fee charged for the first time shall be transferred to the account in the bank until the day the kindergarten designated.

4. In case where a child enters or leaves the kindergarten in the middle of the month, the parent shall pay the monthly fee of nursing care and using the facility for the month.

3 Not only previous 2 articles, the cost of entering and first required one have to be paid to the bank accounts until the selected dated by the kindergarten.

$ Parents will pay the cost of child care and usage the instruments on the 1 month about the month that children enter or leave, even the children will enter or leave in the middle of the month.

第９条（医療機関・提携内容）
当幼児園は、園児が急に発病した場合やけがを負った場合に、当幼児園が必要と判断した場合、医療機関に受診させることがあります。
また、園児のために、年２回の定期健康診断を実施します。

第１０条（契約の解除）
１　保護者は、保護者又は園児の事情等で当幼児園を中途退園する場合は、退園を希望する月の２か月前の月の末日までに退園届を提出の上、申し出ることとします。

Article 9: Medical Institution and Details of Partnership
If a child becomes ill or injured suddenly and the kindergarten decides its needs, the child might go to medical institution to see a doctor.
We have a regular medical checkup for the children twice a year.

Article 10: Cancellation of Contract
1. If a child leaves the kindergarten by reason of the parent or child, the parent must inform its intention by submitting a report of leaving until the end of two (2) months prior to leaving.

Article 10 ( Rescission of the contracts)
1 In the case the children will leave from the kindergarten because of the situations about the parents or children themselves, the parents have to submit the documents about leaving till end day of the 2 month before of leaving and declare.

２　当幼児園は次の各号のいずれかに該当する場合、書面にて保護者に通知することにより、事前の催告又は通知を要することなく、この契約を解除することができます。
（ア）保護者が本契約第８条に定める料金の支払いにおいて、所定の期日を過ぎても支払いがない場合
（イ）保護者等関係者が、園規則など園の運営ルールを守らない場合
（ウ）保護者等関係者が園の運営を著しく阻害する場合

(b) In case where those involved including the parent do not observe the rule of management of the kindergarten such as regulation of the kindergarten;
(c) In case where those involved including the parent prevent management of the kindergarten remarkably.

（オ）園児に、持病、疾患、傷病若しくは特異体質等、保育サービスを提供する過程で特別の配慮を要する事情があることにより、当幼児園として、保育のサービスの提供を継続することに特有の困難が伴うと判断した場合

(e) In case, it is determined that is difficult for the kindergarten to continue to provide nursing services for child due to circumstances requiring special needs in the process of providing nursery services to children, such as chronic illness, illness, injury or idiosyncrasy.
