２　当幼児園は次の各号のいずれかに該当する場合、書面にて保護者に通知することにより、事前の催告又は通知を要することなく、この契約を解除することができます。
（ア）保護者が本契約第８条に定める料金の支払いにおいて、所定の期日を過ぎても支払いがない場合
（イ）保護者等関係者が、園規則など園の運営ルールを守らない場合
（ウ）保護者等関係者が園の運営を著しく阻害する場合

２　The kindergarten can discard the contract by informing to the parents on the paper without any notification in advance ,if each next item will fit to the conditions.
（ア）Regarding to article 8 on the contract about payment, the parents don't pay after the deadline.
（イ）The parents don't follow the operational rule of the kindergarten like regulations.
（ウ）The person concerned such as parents will bother the operation of the kindergarten.
