保育業務委託契約書

●●（以下「保護者」）と、株式会社ABCが運営する「XXXX」（以下「当幼児園」）は、当幼児園を利用する園児●●（以下「園児」）の保育について、以下の通り委託契約（以下「本契約」）を締結しました。

第１条（契約の目的）
園児の健やかな成長のため保護者と当幼児園は互いに協力し合いながら、当幼児園は、児童福祉法、保育所保育指針、認可外保育施設指導監督基準の趣旨に従い、園児が安心して生活できる保育を提供し、保護者は、当幼児園に対して園児の保育に対する料金を支払います。

CHILDCARE SERVICE CONSIGNMENT CONTRACT

●● (hereinafter referred to as “Parents”) and "XXXX" operated by ABC Co., Ltd. (hereinafter "Kindergarten”), with regard to a childcare of a kindergarten pupil ●● (hereinafter "Kindergarten Pupil”) using the kindergarten, have entrusted a consignment contract as follows.

Article 1 (Purpose of Contract)

For the healthy growth of the kindergarten, the Parents and XXXX cooperate each other. In order to provide childcare that allows children to live with peace of mind, XXXX follows the purpose of the child welfare law, nursery school nursery guidelines, guidance and supervision standards for unlicensed nurseries. Parents pay a fee for childcare day care for XXXX.
