３更新時に、契約内容についての別途の合意がない場合には、更新前と同一条件にて契約が更新されるものとします。但し、保護者は2歳児クラスから3歳児クラスになる年度において契約を更新する際には、本契約第7条（ア）に規定する通り、月額保育料が変更されることを保護者は確認しました。
４園児が就学年齢に達する年度の3月末日を更新の限度とします。

第６条（利用時間及び休園日）
１基本的な利用時間は、次の通りとします。
・8：30～17：00
バス送迎利用の場合、上記利用時間から前後する場合があります

3 We are supposed to renew contract by same condition of previous contract except for the case that
we agree another agreement about content of contract when we renew contract.
But parents shall be confirmed to change monthly childcare fee following to article 7 in this cpntract (ア)
when children promote from age 2 class to age 3 class.
4 Deadline of renewal contract is the end of March when children reach the age to start school.

Article 6 (Available time and the day of close)
1 Basic available time is like below.
・8：30～17：00
If apply for bus transportation service, it might be prolonged for avaiable time considering to that.
