保育業務委託契約書

●●（以下「保護者」）と、株式会社ABCが運営する「XXXX」（以下「当幼児園」）は、当幼児園を利用する園児●●（以下「園児」）の保育について、以下の通り委託契約（以下「本契約」）を締結しました。

第１条（契約の目的）
園児の健やかな成長のため保護者と当幼児園は互いに協力し合いながら、当幼児園は、児童福祉法、保育所保育指針、認可外保育施設指導監督基準の趣旨に従い、園児が安心して生活できる保育を提供し、保護者は、当幼児園に対して園児の保育に対する料金を支払います。

●●(below "parents") and XXXX (below " the kindergarten ") made the outsourcing contract ( below " the contract ") about the child care for children ●● (below " children ") who use the kindergarten.

Article 1 ( Purpose of the contract)
For the growing up of children the parents and the kindergarten will cooperate, the kindergarten will provide the child care that children can live with safe and the parents wi pay the cost for child care to the kindergarten whereby the kindergarten will follow the contents of child Welfare Act, the guidance of the nursery center's child care and standards inspection of nursery center's instruction for non-registered facilities
