I’m sorry for the last reply.
I’m sorry that it’s been taking a long time to deliver the product.
I checked Singapore’s postal service, and if the package is delivered during your absence, they would leave you a note as it’s registered mail.
You need to go to the post office mentioned in the note or arrange for redelivery.
In this case, there has been a delay, and it hasn’t arrived in Singapore yet.
The only thing I can do is ask Japan Post to investigate, but it takes time as the package has left Japan.
