AのTilt Brakeを固定するネジが破損していました。
3台すべてです。
このパーツを3つ今回の注文商品に同梱してください。
写真を添付しました。確認して下さい。
取扱説明書が同梱されていない場合や破れていることが多いです。
破れたり、潰れたりしないようにダンボールに入れて送って欲しいです。

The last sentence of the Japanese source text is ambiguous. The "thing" the writer wants to be packed in a box could be the instruction manual or all the items he bought. Well, it seems the latter for me though.
