AのTilt Brakeを固定するネジが破損していました。
3台すべてです。
このパーツを3つ今回の注文商品に同梱してください。
写真を添付しました。確認して下さい。

取扱説明書が同梱されていない場合や破れていることが多いです。
破れたり、潰れたりしないようにダンボールに入れて送って欲しいです。

The last sentence of the Japanese source text is ambiguous. The "thing" the writer wants to be packed in a box could be the instruction manual or all the items he bought. Well, it seems the latter for me though.

"I request that you package it" indicates the "thing" is the instruction manual. So, putting "it" here may be inappropiate if the "thing" is all what he bought.

あ、最後のところは「汚れたり」ではなくて、「やぶれたり、つぶれたり」ですからmay not be damaged (torn) or crashed.ですね。
