店内は、“てまり”が初めて作られた平安時代と、その“てまり”が城下町の人々に広まった江戸時代の二つの世界を表現しています。平安時代の宮殿を彷彿とさせる、華やかで品のある空間『鳳凰の間』には、お籠り感のある個室が並び、その中央には七色（虹色）に煌く“てまり個室”が広がります。
