店内は、“てまり”が初めて作られた平安時代と、その“てまり”が城下町の人々に広まった江戸時代の二つの世界を表現しています。平安時代の宮殿を彷彿とさせる、華やかで品のある空間『鳳凰の間』には、お籠り感のある個室が並び、その中央には七色（虹色）に煌く“てまり個室”が広がります。

築地直送鮮魚で握る“てまり寿司”は見ても食べても大満足！絶品ネタが多数！お好みで選んでください
一人一人に用意された寿司ゲタに乗せて召し上がれ。
他にも焼き鳥や鉄板蒸しなど豊富なメニューを楽しめます。

The interior design illustrates two worlds from different era; Heian Period when "Temari balls" were first created and Edo Period when "Temari balls" were spread among people in Jokamachi(castle towns). "Hoo no ma Hall", gorgeous and sophisticated space, is lined with cozy private rooms and in its center, we have "Temari room" glowing with all the colors of rainbow.

"Temari sushi", prepared with fresh fish shipped directly from Tsukiji, will satisfy both your eyes and tongue!　We have a great choice of exquisite sushi toppings! Choose as you please. Enjoy them put on an individually prepared "Sushi Geta (wooden board)".
We also serve different dishes to choose from, such as Yakitori (char-broiled chicken) and Teppan-mushi (fish and vegetables steamed on a hot plate).
