We sell our items complying to Amazon's regulations and we sent you the item within the date accordingly.
Since the item is high-ticketed, we sent it by EMS which provides the tracking and insurance.
We shipped the parcel on May 27 and it supposed to be delivered by May 31.
Amazon supposed to send you the tracking number by email.
If you could not receive the parcel because of your absence, we cannot have the responsibility for the delay.

私がヨーロッパに商品を発送する際、理由はわかりませんが、フランスとイタリアに関しては届くのに特に時間がかかります。私の経験上、フランスの場合は1か月以上かかることもあります。

5月15日に発送したので、あと2週間くらい経たないと日本郵便に調査の依頼を出すことができません。申し訳ありませんが、もう少しお待ちください。私も引き続き荷物の追跡を続けていきます。

J'ai découvert que vous n'avez pas reçu le colis que je vous ai envoyé par le dépisteur.
Je ne sais pas pourquoi, mais il faut beaucoup de temps pour envoyer des colis vers l'Italie et la France. Il faut parfois plus d'un mois,particulièrement en France.

Je vous ai envoyé votre colis le 15 mai et je ne peux vérifier le colis seulement qu'après 2 semaines suivant mon expédition.
Veuillez être patient un peu plus longtemps pour savoir ce qui s'est passé avec le colis.D'autre part, je continuerai à traquer le colis.

このまま使用継続するとまた前回と同じく大きく破損する可能性が高いです。
今回はfaceから少し距離があり、通常ではボールと全く接する箇所で
ない部分の破損のためやはり前回の破損と同一の原因にて破損が起きていると
思われます。

ヘッド自体に多大な使用履歴が
無いことはヘッドをご覧いただければご判断いただけると思いますし、
明らかに設計や製造においての不具合があると思われます。
