さて、このたび本連盟委員山田花子氏の推薦で入会のお申し込みを頂いておりましたが、平成28年7月12日の理事会で正式承認となりましたので、この段お知らせ申し上げます。
つきましては、同封の振替用紙にて入会金及び会費を7月21日までに下記の通りお払い込み下されたく、なにとぞよろしくお願い申し上げます。
なお上記のもの到着次第会員として登録し、会員証その他をお送りいたします。会員証の送付は、平成28年8月下旬頃の発送を予定しております。どうぞよろしくお願いいたします。

Well, we have gotten your application for admission this time with the recommendation of the Federation Committee Hanako Yamada, because the formal approval was completed by the Board on July 12th in 2016, we would like to announce it to you.
We would therefore, like you to pay the admission and the membership fee before July 21th as the following by the enclosed transfer paper.
We will register you as a member on arrival those mentioned above, and send you membership card and the other things. For sending of the membership card, we have planned it around late August of 2016. Thank you very much.

※IAA is the abbreviation of International Association of Art, and Japanese name is "Kokusai Bijutsu Renmei.", which is a NGO (Non-Governmental Organization) founded by UNESCO in 1954. Japan Artists Association has been participating in the activities of IAA as IAA Japan committee since the foundation of IAA. *IAA stands for International Association of Art, known in Japan under the name of Japan Artists' Association, Inc. It is an NGO (an international non-governmental organization) for professional artists, established in 1945 by Unesco. Since Japan Artists' Association is a part of IAA, it participates in its activities as a Japanese committee. Members of JAA become members of IAA automatically.

The cherry blossom appreciation is the traditional event in spring. We hold the cherry blossom appreciation to enjoy the cherry blossom and rice dumpling in The BOICE PLANNING being also as a various exchanging under the cherry blossom. But, it is the appreciation like the BOICE PLANNING. We don't see the cherry and Japanese plum, but celebrate the spring season with the gorgeous works by various artists. We Boice Planning plans an exhibition whose title is "Boice Planning covered with a profusion of flowers" as a planned exhibition of spring 2016. It has bee held every year across the nation as a place where we enjoy spring, communicate and become familiar each other deeply along with "viewing of cherry blossom", which is the traditional Japanese event, is held when the cherry is in full bloom.
The Boice Planning, which welcomes 4th year, also planned to hold the exhibition where that kind of spring is loved.

We, The BOICE PLANNING, are planning an exhibition entitled "Hyakka Ryoran (a profusion of flowers)" as the exhibition of the spring of 2006. For enjoying the coming of spring, socializing and networking, Hanami which is Japan's traditional event has been held every year around the country along with the flowering time of the cherry. The BOICE PLANNING celebrated our fourth year, also planned an exhibition to admire such a spring.

We, “BOICE PLANNING” are organizing an exhibition titled « A profusion of flowers or Hyakka Ryouran” as our Sixth exhibition of the Spring. Awaiting t for the Spring, at the peak of the Cherry blossom season, “Ohanami or a Cherry blossoms party”, one of the Japanese traditional nationwide events, opens annually here and there providing the opportunity to enrich the interchange between people.
