さて、このたび本連盟委員山田花子氏の推薦で入会のお申し込みを頂いておりましたが、平成28年7月12日の理事会で正式承認となりましたので、この段お知らせ申し上げます。
つきましては、同封の振替用紙にて入会金及び会費を7月21日までに下記の通りお払い込み下されたく、なにとぞよろしくお願い申し上げます。
なお上記のもの到着次第会員として登録し、会員証その他をお送りいたします。会員証の送付は、平成28年8月下旬頃の発送を予定しております。どうぞよろしくお願いいたします。

Well, we have gotten your application for admission this time with the recommendation of the Federation Committee Hanako Yamada, because the formal approval was completed by the Board on July 12th in 2016, we would like to announce it to you.
We would therefore, like you to pay the admission and the membership fee before July 21th as the following by the enclosed transfer paper.
We will register you as a member on arrival those mentioned above, and send you membership card and the other things. For sending of the membership card, we have planned it around late August of 2016. Thank you very much.
