また、Amazonを含めネット販売システムに対応している倉庫が多く、ネット注文は24時間出荷可能。また製品のバラ出荷対応が可能になり患者から好評価を得ることは間違いありません
If we issue 700 vouchers for 700 items:

Of course an extra cost may arise, but it should be able to attain a major cost down than hiring a logistics personnel.
Also, many warehouses including Amazon are available to handle internet sales system and internet order can be shipped at 24 hours a day. Also it will enable us to ship items per piece, which I have no doubt that we will gain good reputations from our patients.
When 700 voucher are issued for 700 items

Of course, there will be extra fee but we are thinking about significant cast reduction more than hiring one more person for logistic.
Moreover, there are a lot of warehouse, including Amazon that are ready to deal with the Internet sales system and order can be shipped by 24 hours. Then, no doubt that the great variety of products are satisfying our clients.
幸いにも右鎖骨粉砕骨折で全治6週間という診断だけで済みましたが、骨折以外にも全身打撲で、不本意ながら回復にかなりの時間を要しました。日常生活に支障はありませんが、現在もリハビリをしています。この一件が資料作成に多大な悪影響を及ぼしたことをご理解頂ければ幸いです。

I made the document for this time about the three and extra tasks that were given in the previous meeting.
I think I have lost confidence completely but, I'm really going to keep dealing with Japanese market as much as possible with all my might.
This time, I made a material it contains 3 subjects +α that I got at the meeting before.
Submission of a resume
課題報告にあたり、「在庫の所有名義を誰にするのか」という点で二分化されます。
在庫を自社で持つのか他社に購入して管理してもらうのかということです。
それにより報告内容が変わるため、今回はそれぞれのパターンを考察しました。
A : 所有名義を自社にする 添付ファイルA

尚、今回の課題はAに該当する内容と考えますので、まずは添付ファイルAをご覧ください。
It means that if the company owns the inventory or another company purchases and manages it.
As details of the report is changed by it, we considered each pattern this time.

A:在庫名義を自社にする
在庫の所有名義を自社にするということは何かしらの方法で登記しなければなりません。
私はソルツヘルスケア社日本駐在員として身一つで営業活動を行い、物流はアウトソースに依頼すればよいと考えていましたが、調べた結果、駐在員はあくまでも海外進出のため、事前マーケティングの活動期間に認められた登録で、直接的な営業活動はしてはならないようです。
ではどうするか。
If the company is owner of the inventory, we have to register in some way.
I thought that I do marketing by myself as a staff of Salts Healthcare stationed in Japan and outsource the logistics. But I checked it and found that the stationed staff is registered that is authorized only while doing marketing before starting the business abroad. For this reason, he or she cannot do marketing directly.
Then what should we do?
In order to set our company as the inventory owner, we need to be registered in one way or the other.
As an employee assigned to the Japanese office of Salts Healthcare, I did the sales promotion all by my self and thought all it would take was to outsource the distribution. As a result, however, an employee assigned to a country is supposed to promote to launch a business overseas and not allowed to perform a direct sale promotion under the registration granted for the marketing activity period in advance.
So what now?
「支店設立」を提案します。
最初の面談の際にAの設立は現実的ではないとのお話でしたが、のちに日本市場報告をご覧いただいて、多少なりとも設立検討の興味を持って頂けたのではないでしょうか。
子会社Aの設立ではなく、あくまでも「支店」です。
とはいえ「子会社」と「支店」は登記や課税、事務処理の点など、それぞれにメリットデメリットがあるのでどちらが適しているかは綿密な検討が必要なため、とても私が決められる案件ではありません。
\When we met first time, you said that it is not realistic to establish A.
However, when you saw the report of Japanese market afterwards, I wonder if you might be
interested in considering establishing to a certain extent?
I do not mean establishing A as a subsidiary but as a "branch".
But there are merit and demerit in registration, problem and processing of clerical work in respect with "subsidiary" and "branch".
Therefore, we have to discuss in detail to decide which is appropriate. I cannot decide it by myself.
Although you expressed during the first meeting that such establishment is unrealistic, I imagine you have gotten some sort of interest in doing so after having gone through the Japanese market report.
It is not to establish A's subsidiary, it is just a "branch".
Nonetheless, "subsidiary" and "branch" have pros and cons in terms of registration, taxation, and business process, I am not in the right position to decide as it requires a thorough investigation to see which one fits better.

Now, regarding the proposal of three issues under the premise of a branch, I have two important points to bring to your attention.

事前にB在庫を処理すること
いずれのプランを遂行するにしても現在はBが在庫の所有者でありBの資産として販売しているため、何かしらの方法でB在庫の処理をしなければ市場に販売元が2社存在することになり混乱をもたらしてしまいます これはBとの契約を延長しない限り必要な作業になります
ちなみにCはB在庫を買い戻したと聞いていますが、私はCと同様に買い戻しをすることが極力トラブルを抑えられる良策と考えます
では課題報告をいたします
We have to process B's inventory in advance.
When we perform either plan, as B is an owner of the inventory and it is sold as an asset B,
unless we process B's inventory in some way, there are 2 sellers in the market.
It causes a confusion. It means that we need to work on it unless we postpone the contract with B.
I heard that C purchased back the B's inventory. As C did, I believe that we can prevent the trouble as much as possible by purchasing back it.
Process B's inventory prior to event.
Whichever the plan we take, since B is the inventory owner and sells them as B's property, without processing B's inventory in one way or the other, it will leave two sellers in the market with confusion. Unless we extend the contract with B, it is a required work to do. By the way, I heard C bought back B's inventory and I think doing the same would be a good resolution to minimize any conflicts.
Here is the problem report:

災害時を除き、基本的には発送から翌日、遠距離の場合でも発送から翌々日には日本全国届きます。

提示した物流量は 2013~2014 Bの出荷dataを基本としています。月間平均700品目の出荷としています

As for cost, 1 company is providing the estimate for reference. Based on it, each company can negotiate it.
As for distribution volume provided, it is based on the shipment data of B between 2013 and 2014. Monthly average shipment is 700 items.
Basically the item be delivered next day of shipping date in all of Japan, even in case of long distance it be delivered the day after tomorrow except during a disaster.
The advantage is that it will be personnel cut in warehouse management because you can leve totally import service, stock item, storage, processing, delivery.
Regarding the cost, one company will provide reference estimated cost. It become standard of the cost and each company can negotiate it.
The provided quantities of logistic is 2013 ~ 2014 it is based on shipment of B. 700 items are considered as monthly average.
Except for a natural disaster situation, items can mostly delivered on the next day, or within 2 days anywhere in Japan no matter how far away.
The merit will be that you can outsource all of importing, receiving, storing, manufacturing and dispatching with seamless support, so you can cut cost in inventory managing staff.
One provider has provided with the cost estimate. We can negotiate with other companies based on this.
The volume shown here is based on the shipping data of B from 2013-4. We estimate the sales of 700 items a month on average.
