I have taken a class at Practical english course 6 as a program for global personnel training to improve my English skills. In order to improve my English communication skills, I took part in Practical English course 6, as a part of the program of global development of human resources. I took the lessons three times or four times a week, and the period was from 2015/11/26 to 2016/5/25. Next, I will explain about the program of global development of human resources. I took part in the first, the second and the third program carried by an outside instructor. The first program consist of there 4 topics. I took Practical English course 6 as part of the global human resource cultivation program for improvement my English ability. In the action plan document and the progress report, I executed the progress management every month as for my objectives in the future and the detail approach toward the objectives (English skills and actions). These are the details for each. My future objective is that I learn overall knowledge about manufacturing management, and I become able to perform my tasks in broader bandwidth. The action plan and progress confirmation, I executed the detail plan to the target in the future (as for English ability and action), and the progress confirmation monthly. These are the details of each. Firstly, the action plan has this forth agenda. The target in the future is to acquire the whole knowledge of the production control and deliver the task widely. Toward the targeted aspect, I translated BAC spec, improved the layout of B787 production area, make documents, and took Practical English course 6 as the details plan.

For the action plan and the progress confirmation, I have figured the objectives in future, and planned the concrete measures toward the objectives (English ability and action taking), and I have conducted the progress check in each month. Here is the details. Firstly the action plan has the four sections. My objectives for future are to learn the general knowledge of product management and to be able to perform a wide range in business. To achieve the objectives, I have done the BAC specs translation, the layout improvement of B787 production area, the material creation, and attended the Practical English course 6.

Regarding the progress confirmation sheet, I made confirmation every month on the execution plan for the month, result, achievement and the issues for each detailed action plan. I created both Japanese and English versions of the progress confirmation sheet. I also had a relationship with the trainee of Korean company HIZE during the course. These are the action plan documents and the progress confirmation sheet. I provided a guide tour to HIZE trainee of the manufacturing processes of B787 SPA. This is a picture showing the guide tour. The third topic is the achievement, which is my improvement gained from the training. The first one is self identification. The second is the methodology how to drive my tasks in a global society.

In progress confirmation sheet, I checked monthly about one-month action plan and the achievements, the results and issues against each of the specific measures. In BAC spec translation course, I mainly translated the updated portion. In the course of layout improvement of B787 production area and document generation course, I executed the paint of the production area, layout modification of shipment area, and creation of the document explaining the layout.
