花色鉛筆
「花の形の断面」と「芯と同じ色の軸」を持ったきれいな色鉛筆です。
高級な色鉛筆では、削りやすくするために「軸」の部分に使用する木材の多くを使わないそうです。
この木材部分をMAPKAに替えることで、削りやすい上質な色鉛筆でありながら、製造時に素材のロスを出しません。
削りカスも従来どおりに可燃ごみとして処分できます。

今回の企画でまず気になったポイントの一つが芯の調達でした。

国内の鉛筆用芯の専業メーカーは、コスト競争力に勝る新興国に押され激減しているそうです。
そこで、色々と調べて周ったところ、山梨県のオリエンタル産業株式会社さんが現在では国内で最後の鉛筆用芯を外販しているメーカーで、特に色芯では高い品質を誇るとのことです。
さっそく連絡を取ってサンプル提供のお願いをしたところ、ご快諾頂き、きれいな色芯のサンプルが届きました。
TRINUSで開発するプロダクトは、出来るだけ品質の高いメイドインジャパンにこだわっていきたいと考えています。

We did some research then to find out that Oriental Sangyo Corporation in Yamanashi prefecture is the last pencil lead manufacturer/seller in the country. They have a good reputation especially in their quality of color lead.
After we find out, we lost no time in contacting them to ask for samples, and they gave their willing agreement. We received beautiful color lead samples from them.
TRINUS are particular about developing high-quality made-in-Japan products.

kokai,Sakura,momoki,sibukaki,nasubi are co-existance with Japanese long time ago. you can see 4 seances's beautiful natural benefits from traditional colors.

花色鉛筆は、廃棄古紙が主原料の合成樹脂素材MAPKAを加熱して溶かし、金型に押込むことで成形する予定ですが、実は今回の成形方法はこれまでMAPKAの成形方法と異なる方法のため、試行錯誤が続いております。

Since this productization, we environment economy laboratory and Seikei maker cooperated together doing the molding tests again and again. Sometimes we had hard time of doing this. Although, finally, the latest test of molding had changed a lot because of the improvement and we started to see the goal.
It's hard thing when we want to accomplish innovative projects. There are many problems but we want to break through them to show and send the only one product that doesn't exist and can't able to mimic by anyone from Japan to surprise everyone.

押出成形に成功しました
3月に製品化に着手してからこれまで約10ヶ月もの間、廃棄古紙が主原料の新素材MAPKAの押出成形に取り組んでまいりましたが、ついに成功いたしました！
これでようやく第一関門の突破です。
しかし、開発のハードルはこれで終わりではありません。次なる課題はどのようにして穴の中に芯を挿入し、接着するかという点です。MAPKAの成分と色芯の成分は異なるため接着剤の選定が難しく、また効率的な加工方法を検討する必要があるのです。

The result of the trial manufacture(We will decide its color and shape later on)
Shaving swarp is like flower petal and its surface is also smooth.
This is the appearance of pellet before melting with heat.
Antibacterial plate shine the plant more.
This is the product which keep clean the water quality of flower base which make a use of an antibacterial of KENIFINE®. We will make use of the various ideas like things which can be bent freely by hand, things which can bury, and stick to flower base etc. We plan to develop product group with these various ideas.
