Hello, I received the lens 2 days ago... I have done extensive testing (even micro focus adjustments) since then, and I never get sharp image a f2.8.

I have comparable images from this lens and my DA*300, and it is evident to me that this lens has a focus problem at f2.8. Stopped down at f4, it helps, but I did not bought a f4 lens. This lens is supposed to be sharp at f2.8!

The Civil Code provides that in a sale of a parcel of land or any interest therein made through an agent, a special power of attorney is essential.This authority must be in writing, otherwise the sale shall be void. In his testimony, petitioner Adeodato Duque confirmed that at the time he “purchased” respondents’ property from Pineda, the latter had no Special Power of Authority to sell the property.
A special power of attorney is necessary to enter into any contract by which the ownership of an immovable is transmitted or acquired for a valuable consideration. Without an authority in writing, petitioner Pineda could not validly sell the subject property to petitioners Duque.

On May 20, 1996, the Court of Appeals promulgated a decision, the dispositive portion of which reads:

I offer insurance on all of my international orders, but there are certain countries which are not covered by insurance. Yes, headstock appears to be repainted possibly due to clouding. Repair very noticeable around the inlays. Unfortunately, repair is poor.& rough. This can affect value of guitar.

I'm going to have the local repair shop Gibson, Fender & Taylor authorized center look at the guitar to evaluate and estimate to make headstock look good again. They are closed on Monday so I bring to them tomorrow.
