I am unable to switch my main address to Japan as my current PayPal account is in America. I finally received a phone call from Japan Post a few days ago.
I was told that the lens I had sent to America was lost. The document was sent to us, so after filling it out, I will send it back tomorrow(Mar 3). The amount the buyer in America paid is supposed to be transferred to my bank account in 2 to 3 weeks. The amount for the lost lens will be now finally paid to me for sure, I should be able to refund to the buyer via PayPal. Please keep it in mind that I will pay it back to the buyer for sure.

Ａｍａｚｏｎ．ｍｘには弊社の社員名で登録をしています。
先日提出したインボイスは法人でのやり取りですので法人名になっています。
Legal business nameを法人名に変更すれば今回の問題は解決しますか？
日本の法務局で得た登記簿の提出は可能です。
他のことが問題であるのならば教えてください。
