このエラーメッセージが表示されたときはいつでも購入者アカウントの電子メールの受信トレイに通知され、購入者が見に来ればこれらのメッセージは見れますが個人のメールに配送されません。

回避策として、購入者の電話番号（607）584ー4164に連絡することをお勧めします。
