アマゾン側の表記ミスで商品名違い、クレームになております。

アマゾン米国の商品名が4個パックになっています。
アマゾン日本ではこの商品は1個です。

こちらとしましても表記に気付けなかったミスがございまが、
この件に関して私の方に非はないことと思いますので、
クレーム等でアカウント評価が下がることのないよう対応して頂きたく思います。

現在、既に送ったお客様や、注文が入っている方へ返品・返金を対応しており、
お客様はもちろん、私も大変迷惑がかかっています。

至急、対応お願いします。

Because of the differences of description at Amazon, we got some complains.

At Amazon USA, the product is in a pack of four.
At Amazon Japan, it is by itself.

Our mistake was we did not find the difference of the description.
We believe we did our best,
please understand and please don't rank down as the result of this.

Currently we are dealing with the customers whom we shipped already, and explaining to other customers who ordered, as well as refund. Not only our customers but also we ourselves are taking inconvenience.

Please fix the situation as soon as possible.

On Amazon USA, the product is described as four in one package while it actually is single package as described on Amazon Japan.

We should have taken care of the item description, but we are sure it's none of our faults. Please take care of this issue on your end and make sure it won't hurt our ratings.
