ご連絡が遅くなりました
商品の追跡調査の結果、現在商品はロシアから、カザフスタンに入る正規のルートの途中のようです
本日日本では土曜日のため、担当者が休んでおりここまでしかわかりませんでしたが、明後日月曜に、郵便局の担当者にもう少し詳しく、どの辺りにあるか確認し、ご連絡させていただきます。お急ぎのところ、申し訳ございません。今しばらくお待ちくださいませ

We traced the product, and found it is in the middle of the regular route from Russia to Kazakhstan currently.
As today is Saturday in Japan, the person in charge is absent, so we could trace till then, But on Monday, we will contact with the person in charge from Post office and we try to find our more details, and we will inform you.
So sorry for your inconvenience. Thank you for your understandings.
