There is a hole in around the right bottom of the item.
If i knew that there was a hole in the item, I wouldn't have bought it.

The hole affect the value of the item a lot, and it is a serious defection.

On the description, it says it has one defect, but I think you could explain more specific
of you could take a photo focused on the defect part.

You knew about the defect and wrote about it in obscurity on purpose didn't you?
If so, it is fraud.

I was thinking about to write about it on your feedback.

We have received a report from some of the users, that the home button stopped working when they were editing memo. After investigation, we have found that if you press home button straight after opening the memo, it occurs with the certain timing of opening the memo.
We have created a code for testing, and we validate it specifically, there were no problem with the application, we made it clear that it was a problem of OS. So, we send a bug report to Apple on 18th March.
