穴の箇所をアップにした写真を撮ることもできたと思います。

There is a hole on the right lower part of the product.
Had I known that the product had a hole, I would not have purchased it for this price.
I think that the hole should affect hugely on the price of the product, as it is a huge shortcoming.
On the documents, it says that there is a flaw in one part, but I feel that it should have been more clearly.
You could also have posted a picture of the part with the hole.
Did you not make an ambiguous statement knowingly?
If so, what you're doing is fraud.
I am thinking of writing about this on your review.
