一部のユーザー様より、メモ編集中にホームボタンが効かなくなった、との報告がありました。調査の結果、メモを開いた直後にホームボタンを押すと、そのタイミングによって稀にこの現象が発生することがわかりました。
テスト用コードを作成し、詳しい検証をした結果、当アプリのコードに問題はなく、OSの問題であることがはっきりしましたので、3/18にApple社へバグレポートを提出しました。

We had reports from some users that the home button did not work during editing a memo. After our investigation, we found that this phenomenon rarely occurred by the timing when we pushed the home button right after we opened the memo.
After we make a test code and did detailed inspection, it was clear that there was not the problem on the cord of our application but on the OS, we submitted a bug report to Apple on March 3.

Certain customers have reported an issue that the home button did not work while editing the memo. The investigation revealed the seldom occurrence of this phenomenon at certain timing when the home button was pressed right after opening the memo. Result of thorough evaluation using the test code we created has clearly showed no issue in this app but causing from the OS so We have submitted the bug report to the Apple.

We have received a report from some of the users, that the home button stopped working when they were editing memo. After investigation, we have found that if you press home button straight after opening the memo, it occurs with the certain timing of opening the memo.
We have created a code for testing, and we validate it specifically, there were no problem with the application, we made it clear that it was a problem of OS. So, we send a bug report to Apple on 18th March.

Some users have reported that a home button stopped working during editing memos. After our research, we have discovered the home button stops working immediately after opening memos although this incident occurs barely. The incident seems to happen depending on timing of pushing the home button.
After looking into this problem by creating test code, we found out that the problem is clearly not our application but OS. Therefore, we have issued a bug report to Apple Inc.

OSのバグが修正されるまでの間は、メモのアイコンをタップしてから実際にメモが画面に表示されるまでの間はできるだけホームボタンを押さないように注意して頂ければとおもいます。
ご不便をおかけして誠に申し訳ありません。
このような状況になった場合はスリープボタンによる電源OFFも効かなくなるため、その場合は、スリープボタンとホームボタンを同時に長押ししてデバイスを再起動して下さい。

For the mean time until releasing of patch program for this bug of OS, please be informed for not pressing the home button after tapping the icon of memo and until the memo screen is displayed. We are sorry for inconvenience. When the device becomes this condition, the power OFF function by pressing the sleep button is disabled. In this case, please press the sleep button and the home button simultaneously for longer period and restart the device.

Please try not to press home button while fixing the bug of OS, and tapping the memo icon and the actual application appears on the screen.
