2011年1Qの米国エタノール価格は米国農務省発行のトウモロコシ生産予測の下方修正によるトウモロコシ価格の上昇から、2010年12月の$2.07/ｶﾞﾛﾝから$2.59/ｶﾞﾛﾝまで上昇した。

Ethanol is used for fuel (70%), alcohol beverages (20%) and for industry use (10%). Ethanol price is influenced by the price of corn, its raw material, as well as the prices of gasoline and other fuels.
[Price and Market Trends]
An increase is seen in ethanol price in the U.S., from $ 2.07 / gallon in December 2010 to $ 2.59 / gallon in the first quarter of 2011. This increase is triggered by the rise of corn prices due to downward revision of corn production forecast issued by the U.S. Department of Agriculture.

Approximately 95% of ethanol production uses fermentation method, and for its raw material, corn is used in the United states, while sugar cane is used in Brazil and wheat in Europe.

The reason is that the name of the receiver was not written on the invoice.
At that time, Japan Post international center contacted the USPS to ask what to do with the good, and the USPS suggested to return the good to the US.

不良品を返品するのに、なぜこちらが送料を負担しなければならないのでしょうか？
機械に破損がなければ、その費用は発生しないのですよ？
返品する時に送料を負担する責任があるのは貴社です。
貴社が発送前にしっかりと検品しているなら、輸送中の事故ということですか？
では、郵送会社へ費用請求するべきではないですか？

日本の郵便局に調査を依頼したところ、宛先に氏名が記載されていなかったそうです。
そこで、日本の郵便局がアメリカの郵便局へ問い合わせました。
その結果、アメリカの郵便局から「宛先不明」で返送するように言われたとのことです。
箱が開封されている理由はインボイスに宛名がないか確認した為と説明がありました。
そちらへ届いている箱には日本語で「宛先不明により返送」と書かれていると思います。
ですので、あなたがアメリカの郵便局と交渉して下さい。
