In this course, you will learn how Edo-style sushi is made, the technique of preparation and the way to make sushi throughout a practice. By knowing the backstage of Edo-style sushi, you will be able to enjoy sushi.
In this course, you can learn through a hands-on experience how Edomae-zushi (the traditional kind of sushi from the Edo era, in the early 1800s) is made, how preparations are made, and how to grip and shape pieces of sushi. By learning what is going on behind the scenes of full-fledged Edomae-zushi, which you rarely get to see, you can learn to savor sushi with even more fun than before.

This lecture is to learn by experiencing how Edomae Sushi is made and the ways of Shikomi and Nigiri. You will become to know more about Sushi to eat enjoyably by knowing the other side of genuine Edo Mae Zushi that you can hardy ever see.
The course will be conducted whether they are made by how Edo-style sushi or other styles, you will learn the hands-on experience and technique. Usually it is possible to know the behind-the-scenes of authentic Edo-style sushi that you will not get to see that much, you will find it more fun to get to know how to do sushi by yourself.
The course is about teaching the way of doing Edo-style sushi , you will also get the training and griping technique of this type of sushi.It is possible to know the behind-the-scenes of authentic Edo-style sushi which is usually not seen too much.You will be able to get even more fun about sushi.

●Kurosawa Sushi are working on vegetable sushi using fresh farm products in addition to traditional seafood sushi.
We provide fresh Nigiri-zushi to our customers based on our motto "visible agriculture, face-to-face sushi"
