●黒澤寿司は伝統的な寿司に加えて、新鮮な農産物を使った野菜のお寿司も手掛けます。「顔の見える農業・顔の見える寿司」をモットーに、お客様に握りたての寿司を提供しています。
Course description:
(1) Preparing sushi rice
(2) How to prepare sushi toppings (such as how to fillet a fish and work efficiently in making Edomae-zushi)
(3) Hands-on experience in gripping and shaping sushi
(4) Sampling
(5) Sampling, a questions-and-answers session with a sushi chef, etc.

- Kurosawa Sushi (sushi developed by the sushi chef Shuichi Kurosawa) prepares not only traditional kinds of sushi but vegetable sushi based on fresh agricultural produce as well. Under their motto "Agriculture by farmers and sushi by chefs with customer focus", they offer just-prepared sushi.
