Remarks on bus pick-up/drop-off
* We are unable to meet requests on time nor spot.
* Time, spot and route are subjects to change or cancel for a smooth operation.
* A spot can be somewhere apart from your home as long as it is on the route. However, pick-up and drop-off should be happen on the same spot.
* Attendees of after school are not eligible to use the bus on that day.

Garden bus transfer supplement
● Hope of bus time · place can not be received.
● For smooth bus operation, both time, place and route may be changed / canceled in the middle.
● If you are on a route other than near your home, there are times when you can do it, but please do the same place both in the morning and return.
● After-school students will not be able to use the bus on the day of attendance.

Kindergarten Shuttle Bus Supplementary Information
●We cannot accept requests for bus times and places.
●In order to ensure smooth operation, there may be changes or interruptions to the times, places and bus route.
●There is the possibility that the above-noted route changes may even be outside of your home's neighborhood. However, in that case, please collect your child upon their return at the same place where they departed in the morning.
●The shuttle bus is not available to participants attending after-school classes.

●Though you can used the bus GPS tracking and receiving incoming mail function by "contact app.", when the scheduled time difference or something is wrong with the system, please come to the decided bus stop originally at the decided time. Also when the system goes wrong, please let us know about it.
● To use the bus in the whole, there is a possibility not be fair. As it is an optional service, please understand it (place, time to stop, riding time and arriving and starting times to the kindergarden).

● You can use the GPS tracking and arrival email notice functions of the bus at "Renraku (Communication) app", but there is a possibility that bus is not on scheduled time or the system will have a technical problem so please come to bus stop at the designated time. Also please report about it in case of system's malfunction.
