If you send me alternative box after I return the box to you,
I can not use the item as a gift in time.

Also, despite I told you it's going to be too late if you would send me the new one after I send the original one to you, I never imagined that you ask me to send back to you first as a condition.

And though I informed you that it will not be in time if you sent substitute goods, the sending back included in the condition and I did not think of it.

I cannot see any compensation attitude from your follow up for this issue.
I am not going to discuss with you further.
I will consider to return the product or not but the amount of money is small.
Returning process is rather troublesome for this amount of money.

I'm already exhausted with spending my time to this problem, but at least I have to draw other customers' attention to avoid the damage I got.
I have to tell them the item was delivered in the condition that the box was affixed by scotch tape（米）/sellotape（英）all the way as well as our communication afterwards.
I will try to fix this problem by myself, not through communication with you.

To wind up, I am tired of dealing with this matter any longer though, I would have to do something as below.
I would have to issue warning to other potential customers who would be runin to a similar cause as mine, such as goods would be received broken but mended by scotch tape and frustrating communication followed.
Those things I would do by myself. This is the end of the communication with your company.

返品する箱の方に「破損した（damaged)」と一言入れることにより、どの箱を指しているのかより分かりやすくなるかと思います。
