納品プランの確定前に行うべき納品内容の確認が、漏れてしまったことにより起きた人為的なミスです。

しかしながら、運用体制がしっかりしていれば防ぐことができた事象です。今後、FBA納品ポリシー違反が発生しないよう、社内の管理・運用体制を下記のとおり見直しました。

-問題を解決するために実行する措置

確定後の納品プランを誤って削除しないよう、納品内容の事前確認を下記のとおり行います。全ての対策を本日から実行しています

1.納品プラン作成前に、納品商品・数量など、納品内容のチェックを徹底する

This was a human error, caused by a lack of confirmation of the delivery details, which should have been done before finalising the delivery plan.

However, this was an incident that could have been prevented if the operational system had been in place. In order to prevent future violations of the FBA delivery policy, we have reviewed our internal management and operational systems as follows.

-Action to be taken to resolve the issue

In order to prevent accidental deletion of confirmed delivery plans, the following steps will be taken to check delivery details in advance. All measures are being implemented from today.

1. Thoroughly check the delivery details, including the products and quantities to be delivered, before creating the delivery plan.

現在我々の部署で見積日程を検討しておりますが、A部門の都合で日程後ろ倒しする必要が出てきました。
B、C向けそれぞれの販売時期は現時点でいつ予定かを教えて下さい。
日程を全部署に配布する前に正確に確認させて頂きたいです。
その予定に従い我々は日程を再検討し貴部と共有します。
またご存知と思いますが各輸送会社の対応状況は日々変わっております。日本から貴国迄私のここ1か月間の経験上輸送に2週間程度かかりますが、航空便の急減等でさらに遅れる場合もあります。以下のサイトで輸送状況を確認下さい

My experience over the last month has been that it takes about two weeks to get the goods from Japan to your country, but it can be delayed further due to a sudden reduction in air traffic.
