コスト及び納期インパクトが御座います。
また、適用図書がどのAppendixに関連付いているか不明瞭なため、Material Requisitionにそれがわかるように

We use the SPEC at the time of quotation, so if the SPEC is newly attached to the contract, it will have a cost and delivery impact.

Since we estimate with the SPEC at the time of estimation, if it is a SPEC newly attached in Contract, there is an impact on cost and delivery date.

I will send you a deviation and clarification for SPEC added to the contract newly along with a comment to the contract.
As it was estimated at SPEC on estimation, there might be delivery impact and cost if you use SPEC attached to contract newly.
