It's not that I have completely stepped down from A-line business support. It's true that I will likely be devoting more time to product design in the future and that does mean that the amount of time I spend coordinating between Tokyo and the US will go down. However, I am still working on the matter you requested and you should not hesitate to reach out to me at any time if you have any concerns. Even in cases where I can't deal with things directly, I can arrange to have the overseas operations team at our head office in Tokyo provide support in my stead.
