3) Despite some feedbacks to the contrary - most items WERE sent. What I find most disappointing of all - is that some of the feedbacks I have recieved, definitely WOULD have recieved their items (they paid for untracked), and are no doubt profiteering from my bankruptcy. I find that distasteful.

4) Due to limited funds I had ALL ITEMS that were sent, were sent UNTRACKED. This is only fair to all customers. Had I sent some items tracked - I would not have had the money to send others at all.

5) ALL UNSENT STOCK IS NOW THE PROPERTY OF THE OFFICIAL RECIEVER (UK LAWWILL BE IN THEIR POSSESSION AT THE TIME OF THIS EMAIL.

年間500台の販売に関してですが、現在●社の製品をメインで販売しているため、御社の製品をテストで販売してみないと、はっきりと５００台販売できるとは言い切れません

About selling 500 a year, currently, as we mainly sell O company's products, it's hard to say if we can sell 500 without selling your products as a tryout.

If possible, we would like to start with 20 depending on the wholesale price, though. Would it be feasible?
At this point, purchasing 500 to start out would be impossible.

Our headrest is injected with Herman Miller DNA. Everything is made in the USA using Herman Miller suppliers. Our parts are made on the same machines as the Aeron chair parts. We've made no compromises on this headrest. The materials used are indistinguishable.

Do you sell any Herman Miller products today? Or Herman Miller accessories?

Ordinarily we sell directly to Herman Miller dealers. However, if you can sell a sufficient quantity of headrests we can sell directly with you. If you are primarily interested in selling on Amazon and Yahoo we would want you to commit to buying at least 500 headrests per year. Is this feasible?

If so I would be happy to provide a price sheet.

I usually don’t ship internationally. Shipping to Japan is very expensive. There is less expensive options available. I can ship for $30 but there would be no tracking or insurance. It would also take up to 10 weeks to arrive. There is shipping available with tracking/insurance and delivery confirmation and the record would arrive much quicker but it costs $90 just for the shipping.
