My friend found it and let me know I gave him a wrong gift.

It seems the pre-paid FedEx label you sent me cannot be used for shipping from Japan.

It costs over $80 to send it to USA by EMS.

私はこの問題の対処に数日を費やし返金による損害も発生しています。お客様には紳士に対応しているが、全てが解決した訳ではない。

何より、現在進行中のトラブル（問合せNO:233711851）に対して、

The product name has been already removed from my listing.

I spent a few days to adress this issue and incurred loss by issuing a refund to customers. I have been dealing with customers sincerely but it does not mean that everything has been resolved.

Most of all, I am dissapointed that I have not received any concrete response for the ongoing trouble (Case No: 233711851) even after several days.

The product title on Amazon.com says 1 pack (4 pieces), but it is 1 piece on Amazon.co.jp.

I know that we overlooked the error in the description, however we should not be held responsible for this matter and we request your immediate handling and resolution to fix this problem so that we can maintain positive feedbacks.

The shipping company informed us of significant disruptions of loading schedule due to these typhoons. The second typhoon is passing through Japan between today and the day after tomorrow, so they will start loading in order of precedence and depart the port after the second typhoon is gone. As it is forecasted the typhoon is not big enough to cause a major disaster, there should be no more schedule disruption.

それは勘違いだったのだと思います。

I did receive the two orders except five As.

But I placed another order on July 24.
I attached the order statement to this mail.
It must have been some kinds of mistake and it was not shipped.
I haven't even received an invoice.
I contacted Jennifer a few days after the order was placed and
she responded that it was shipped.
I believe she was wrong about it.

We cannot do anything about it, what's done is done.
