The product title on Amazon.com says 1 pack (4 pieces), but it is 1 piece on Amazon.co.jp.

I know that we overlooked the error in the description, however we should not be held responsible for this matter and we request your immediate handling and resolution to fix this problem so that we can maintain positive feedbacks.

I received a complaint regarding the misdisplaying of the items on the order page, which was caused by Amazon.

Amazon in the United States displays that the items are sold in a pack of 4 pieces.
Amazon in Japan displays that it is sold by 1 piece .
I could have detected this error sooner and prevent the complaints, but as I am not responsible for displaying this false information, I would greatly appreciate if you do not lower my account ratings by receiving complaints regarding this matter.

It is causing so much trouble for my customers as well as me as I am currerntly dealing with the arrangements for the refund and item return for the customers who placed orders and who I already dispatched the items to.

We are getting claims, because there was error in product-name on Amazon end.

In Amazon US, the product title is 4-in-one set, but in Amazon JP, this product is distributed as one.

We have also responsibility that we didn’t notice for wrong title, however regards to this circumstance, I think we are not supposed to be blamed.
Therefore, we want you to cope with this so that our account valuation wouldn’t get fall with customer’s claim etc.
