Black Warrior of Oda Nobunaga and the last destination, thereby became famous concept of "Teramachi-Oike" between the counter to Oda Nobunaga's "plot" and "anti-lasted for Mitsuhide, Nobunaga's favor with the "Forest of orchid Maru two box seat, a hard-fought in the beginning.

藤原ここあさんは1998年にエニックス（当時）主催の第7回21世紀マンガ大賞にて『Beauty and the Beast』で佳作を受賞。

The official website of Monthly magazine GANGAN JOKER announced the cartoonist, Kokoa Fujiwara known for mangas such as "Dear", "Inu × Boku SS","The Magical Girl And Evil Officer" had passed away on March 31th.

Her piece"Beauty and the Beast"won in 1998 Honorable Mention Award of the 2010 Manga Taisho sponsored by ENIX Corporation (at that time).

第11条（明け渡し）
① 本契約が終了したときは、乙は、甲と協議のうえ定めた期日までに自己の所有物を自己の費用で収去し、原状に復したうえ、明け渡す。
② 第１項の場合において、乙は何らの名目をもってするも移転料、立退料その他これに類するものを請求しない。

第12条（損害賠償）
乙は故意及び過失を問わず本件建物に損害を与えた時は甲に対して損害賠償をしなければならない。

Article 11 (Vacation)
1. When this Agreement is terminated,the second party shall vacate the property after withdrawing persona properties at his own expense and recovering it to the original state.
2. In case of the paragraph 1, the second party shall not request a compensation for removal or any other similar fees irrespective of the reasons.

Article 12 (Compensation)
The second party shall bear the compensation responsibility if he causes damages to the building, irrespective of whether such damage is caused intentionally or negligently.

第５条（賃料の改訂）
賃料の改訂は物価、公租公課、近隣建物賃料の変動を勘案して、甲乙協議のうえ決定するものとする。

第６条（付加使用料）
乙は第４条の賃料のほかに付加使用料として下記料金及び費用を支払わなければならない。
(1) 電気・水道・ガス料金、衛生清掃費、冷暖房費
(2) その他賃借物件の使用上賃借人の負担となるべき諸経費

Article 5 (Revision of rent)
The Revision of rent prices shall be determined upon mutual consultation with each other taking in account the fluctuation of prices of commodities, taxes and public dues and the rents for neighboring buildings.

Article 6 (Additional fees)
The Second Party shall pay the fees and expenses below as additional charge in addition to the rent in the article 4.
