・現在のINOVICEに記載のあるConsigneeのA氏と連絡が取れない状況のため、
中国への荷物の返送を避けるために、
連絡の取れる別のConsigneeにINVOICEを差し替えをしてもらうことは可能か？

Currently I am looking for a person who can act as the Consignee for this cargo.
First, please let me confirm if it is really possible to change the Consignee.
Please make inquiries about below to DHL, and receive their official answers.
- Since we cannot contact Mr. A now who is the Consignee listed on the current INVOICE, would it be possible to replace the INVOICE with a new INVOICE which lists another Consignee whom we can make a contact to in order to avoid for the cargo to be returned to China?

上記がＯＫであれば、個人のConsigneeであればIRS numberは必要なく、
SSN(Social Security Number）だけを報告すれば良い認識です。
