もちろん、事前の申請で出張者の旅程を把握していますが、例えば休日に事故等が発生した場合すぐに社員の安否を確認することが難しい、というのが今までの現状でした。
そこでこの度、依頼した旅券の履歴を以下の様にＷｅｂ上で一覧管理できるサービスを提供している旅行代理店を社内に提案することにしました。

By this service, the registered manager can see if any of the employee is in the area where the risk happens or not right away as long as the WEB access is possible.
Once everyone agrees to the system, I would like to deploy it within the company and every member company respectively.
