我々がグローバル化を進めるにあたり、避けて通れないのが海外で事故・災害・テロ等の被害に遭うというリスクです。

もちろん、事前の申請で出張者の旅程を把握していますが、例えば休日に事故等が発生した場合すぐに社員の安否を確認することが難しい、というのが今までの現状でした。

そこでこの度、依頼した旅券の履歴を以下の様にＷｅｂ上で一覧管理できるサービスを提供している旅行代理店を社内に提案することにしました。

As we are going to make globalization, we can't avoid a risk of accident ・ disaster ・ terrorism in abroad.

Of course, we get hold of an itinerary of our employees' business travel but, currently, we have been in a situation that it is difficult to make sure our employees' safety when accident or something happen on holiday.

Therefore, we decided to suggest to set up a travel agency which can offer a service of managing travel history that we asked for and can make us see a table of the business travels on the website.
