To whom it may concern,

This customer provided a natural rating against my store being dissatisfied with the UK tariff.
Although the rating to our store is "Natural", we cannot tolerate to accept his rating comment.
(Our store clearly states the important notice concerning the tariff of the ship-to destination country on the sales page, too.)
Also, he emails us demanding to pay for the tariff as well.
