このお客様は、UKの関税を不満として当店をナチュラル評価しました。
当店への評価はナチュラルですが、お客様のこの評価コメントを私共は受け入れられません。
(当店は、発送先国の関税に関する注意事項は販売ページに記載しています)
また、私共にその関税の支払いを求めるメールも送って来ています。
こちらの評価の削除をお願いできますでしょうか？

To whom it may concern,

This customer provided a natural rating against my store being dissatisfied with the UK tariff.
Although the rating to our store is "Natural", we cannot tolerate to accept his rating comment.
(Our store clearly states the important notice concerning the tariff of the ship-to destination country on the sales page, too.)
Also, he emails us demanding to pay for the tariff as well.
Would you please delete the rating?
