If all people can think is to walk, did airplanes or bullet trains or cars get brought to this world?
As the result of thinking how we can stay lazy effectively these transports have been brought, haven’t they?
Unless we walk, move easy and fast. This hope is still evolving today.
The seats in aircrafts got wider and more comfortable and bullet trains are trying so hard to make their speed even faster.
Then humans that even started to feel driving our own self could be a tiring thing ended up making the auto driving come true. These could be, as well. Exactly the masterpiece of laziness. I would do this too.

Would airplanes, Shinkansen, or cars been ever invented if humans had only thought about walking hard?
These transportation methods must have been thought out as a result of how they thought over being as lazy as possible efficiently.
We wish to move easily and quickly without walking. This wish never stops evolving.
People are so enthusiastic about making the airplane seats more spacy and comfortable as well as speeding up the Shinkansen speed.
Now we humans who became even lazy to drive are about to realize automatic driving. There is even this. It is a masterpiece of laziness.
I would like to try it.

Home appliances in their truest meaning, is a big collection of thoughts for how to neglect work.
Nowadays, the evolution of washing machine is great.
It also seems that there is a machine which can iron shirts in development, if so then in a way, it would be better to give up on the shirts.
It's a little bit off, but it seems strange for the Japanese, who usually think of better efficiency to keep the tradition of wearing business suits, despite being in an absurdly hot country.

Home electronics is really a compilation of the thought-out ideas for how to be lazy.
The evolution of washing machines is magnificent these days.
I heard that there is a machine being developed, which irons a shirt however, I feel like people should stop wearing it instead.
Although it is a different story, it seems strange that Japanese people continue wearing business suit as their habit in this humid country despite they are supposed to like considering about efficiency.

This is quite an extreme story.
It doesn't matter even if the smartphones evolved, since isn't most of our days are already kept inside it?
I wonder whether you had heard the word "Ubiquitous Society", but to be able to connect everywhere at every moments, a society where you can do everything with ease is already coming into reality.

The ultimate is this.
The evolution of smart phones is never ending, and a lot of parts in our daily life are already integrated in this. Isn't it?
You might have heard about the word "Ubiquitous society", meaning the society, which we are connected whenever and wherever and can achieve goals easily, has been realized.

When I was going to buy vegetable, meat and kitchen utensils, I spent ten minutes in green grocer and meat shop respectively as well as fifteen minutes in general store. In addition, it took me thirty minutes to visit each shop from my house. It means that it took about one hour in total.
If I use Amazon, it is finished in five minutes. As all I have to do is to work on smart phone by sitting on sofa, I use only thumb. If people did not want to be lazy, there has been neither smart phone nor telephone.

If you thought of buying vegetables, meats, as well as kitchen utensils in the past, then 10 minutes at greengrocer's as well as butcher's, around 15 minutes at general stores, furthermore another 30 minutes to get from home to these stores. In total, it should take around 1 hour.
If you use Amazon, everything will be done in 5 minutes. And even more, since you only need to use the smartphone while sitting on a couch, the only thing that moved is your thumb.
If people have the will to neglect everything, don't even mention smartphones, even the normal telephones wouldn't have existed.

If it is convenient for us to live in society, we are sick and tired of being lazy and want to work hard.
The best example about it must be an activity outdoor.
For instance, mountain climbing is an activity where we enjoy inconvenience.
We walk long distance by being agonizing and enjoy bad weather. We also walk to the place where we can see a good view in person although we can see it in picture.
I enjoy climbing the mountain on every weekend. The reason must be I am usually lazy.

If the world become more convenience, then you will become bored of neglecting everything, and wanted to try your best.
Isn't outdoor activities one of those examples?
For example, mountain trekking is an activity for enjoying such inconvenience.
Enduring the pain of walking over long distances, enjoying the bad weather, going to places that looked good on the pictures.
I always climb on Sueyama every weeks, although it must be because I've been neglecting everyday.

So, what is the laziness then?
I think it is to take actions with the help of equipments of human civilization or using some means supporting us. That means we don’t use our bodies, which is the fundamental function as a kind of animal or not even take such actions.
From now on, we will keep on pursuing our ways of being lazy.
And they do change our society, ways of working and the concept of works itself.

Then, just what is neglecting?
In my opinion, humans do not function like animals, where they have to move their body to solve everything, but they use different cultural tools to supply their works, or they don't even bother doing such things at all.
And from now on, we will continue to find a way to keep on neglecting our works.
And from such action, the society will change, our way of working will change, and even the definition of "working" will also change.

So what is laziness?
In my opinion, it is a basic function for humans as animal, in other words, it is to work with using civilized equipment and methods that help humans to take measures towards things without using our body. Or we may not do that, either.
We will keep exploring how to be lazy in the future.
The society will change and so will the working style, and the concept of work will also change through this.

According to theory of evolution, people have been developing to act more efficiently by changing their appearance.
If civilization is going to be developed under the current condition, it might finally reach it. Yes, it is an alien.
10 Being lazy has been producing civilization.
We have a part where we work hard to be lazy. In other words, it is the relationship between positive and negative.
For this reason, we work hard when we have to whereas we are lazy by one hundred percent when we are lazy, and enjoy both times.
By loving this kind of life, I think that we can live happily where we allow all.

According to the Theory of Evolution, humans changed their forms in order to move more efficiently.
If the culture keeps on developing like this, one day, we might be come like this. Yes, aliens.
From neglecting was culture born.
In a way, we also put in efforts to neglect our work.
In other words, it can be called the Yin-Yang relationship.
And for that, we enjoy every moments, be it the moments where we put in efforts, or be it the moments where we neglect our works.
And by loving such a way of living, I think we can live everyday in happiness.
