その最たる例がアウトドアアクティビティでは無いでしょうか？
例えば、登山は不便を楽しむ活動です。
長い距離を苦しみながら歩き、悪天候を楽しみ、写真で見れば良い景色を、あえて現地まで見に行きます。
私は毎週末山登りを楽しみますが、それはきっと普段怠けているからなのでしょう。

If it is convenient for us to live in society, we are sick and tired of being lazy and want to work hard.
The best example about it must be an activity outdoor.
For instance, mountain climbing is an activity where we enjoy inconvenience.
We walk long distance by being agonizing and enjoy bad weather. We also walk to the place where we can see a good view in person although we can see it in picture.
I enjoy climbing the mountain on every weekend. The reason must be I am usually lazy.
