野菜と肉と、台所用品を買おうと思った場合、以前は、八百屋と肉屋でそれぞれ１０分、雑貨屋で１５分ほど過ごし、さらに自宅からそれぞれのお店を回るのに３０分。合計で１時間ほどかかっていました。
amazonを使えば5分で完了します。しかも、ソファに座ってスマートフォンを操作するだけなので、動かすのは親指だけ。
人々の怠けへの欲望がなければ、スマートフォンはおろか、電話すら無かったでしょう。

When I was going to buy vegetable, meat and kitchen utensils, I spent ten minutes in green grocer and meat shop respectively as well as fifteen minutes in general store. In addition, it took me thirty minutes to visit each shop from my house. It means that it took about one hour in total.
If I use Amazon, it is finished in five minutes. As all I have to do is to work on smart phone by sitting on sofa, I use only thumb. If people did not want to be lazy, there has been neither smart phone nor telephone.
