The site stretches to the horizon. The view spreads out in Masan harbor which reminds you of the shoreline development area in cities. As a result of the economic prioritized development, this site was thoroughly designed to be flat and it makes us feel that it has somewhat loose atmosphere.
The building sculpture is made by folding some surface parts of it against this flat ground.

The land that spreadt out in the horizon. The scenery that really looks like developping area along the coast in city is seen in Masan Habor. As a consequense of taking into consideration of economic efficiency, this land form that is made absolute flat seems to be somewhat boring.
I am trying to make a molding work, folding various sides against this flat land. It is a work that we can experience space, while each side overlaps, is surrounded, broadened and narrowed.
These sides have numerous holes like a shape of grid, and the light precipitates from the hole and we can see things from one of them.

The ground spreads over the horizon. The typical landscape of sea side developping area in city expands in Masan Harbor. As the result of thinking about economic efficiency, this geography was made completely flat and is somthing drawling. Against this flat land surface, a piece is made by doubling up some sides.
