Order Management Systemにログインします。
まずWebブラウザで以下のURLにアクセスしてください。
初めてアクセスした時は、右の図のような認証ウィンドウが出ます。
別途お知らせしている「User name」を入力してOKを押して下さい。
ログイン画面が表示されます。
別途お知らせしている「User ID」を入力して、「Login」ボタンを押してログインしてください。

■Order Management System Operating Manual - for Sales Companies
The direction below explains how to login to Order Management System.
First open a browser and access the URL below.
If it is your first time to access the page, you will jump to a certification page as shown on the right.
Please enter the "User name" that we have forwarded to you separately, and press OK.
Then the Login page will open.
Enter the "User ID" that we have forwarded to you separately, and press the "Login" button.

このページで、翌月以降3ヶ月分の注文内容を入力し、毎月10日までに発注を完了して下さい。
発注数を入力後、「Check Your Order」を押して確認画面へ進んで下さい。
翌月の発注数、翌々月の予定発注数、翌々々月の予想発注数の3ヶ月分を入力することができます。必ず3ヶ月先の生産分まで入力するようにしてください。

Input your order for the next 3 months on this page.
Please complete your orders by the 10th day of every month.
After inserting the quantities, press "Check Your Order" to proceed to the next screen.
You can input the estimated quantities for each of the next 3 months.
Please make sure to input the manufacturing quantities for the next 3 months as well.

*Be aware that "User ID" are different from "User name" that you used in the certification page.
If you succeed to Login, "Order Entry Page" will be displayed.
Enter your order for the following three months.
The order should be accomplished on the 10th of every month.
Press the "Check Your Order"button and go to the confirmation page.
You can enter an estimated amount of items that you would like to have for the next three months.

The quantities for the next month can be changed by the 10th day of the previous month.
Please make sure you check the quantity inputs every month.
After confirming the order, and between the 11=15th of each month while the order gets processed, you will not be able to use this system.
If you wish to input or change anything during the 11-15th, please contact the administrator and the ●● factory.

The order quantities can be changed one month prior to the order deadline. So please ensure to check the previous order quantities on a monthly basis.
After the order has been confirmed, you cannot process during the order processing period on the 11th until the 15th of each month.
Please contact the administrator and XX factory if you need to redo inputs or do fixes during the 11th until the 15th.

To be sure, please logout once the work has been completed.

Open the separate window for the help page of order entry rules.
■Date of placing the order being entered
■Remaining days to the ordering deadline
■Designated date of ETA
The default is the 15th day of a month. If the ETA is required to be earlier than the default, please modify it.
(The ETA cannot be set the day later than the 15th day of a month.)
■Check box for “No Order”
If no order is placed for the entire items for a month concerned, please make the check box for “No Order” to the On.
The quantity of pallets being entered shall follow the example shown below.
*The input error is taken place if the entry is not following the rules.

This page shows that the order has completed.
