このページでは、発注が完了したことを表示します。

■発注した年月を確認のために表示します

■「Back to top」ボタン
発注内容の入力画面（すでに発注済みの場合）へ移動します


一度発注を行った後に発注内容の入力画面を表示しようとした場合は、すでに発注した内容を確認のために表示します。
この画面からは発注した内容の修正は行えません。一度発注した後に内容を修正したい時は、管理者に連絡してください。

This page shows that the order has completed.

- The year and month that an order is made are shown for confirmation.

- "Back to top" button
It moves to the input screen for ordering information. (In case an order has already been made.)

Once an order is made, the input screen for order information shows ordering information which has already been ordered for confirmation.
It's impossible to revise the ordering information from this screen. If it is required to change the ordering information after ordering, please contact the administrator.
