2月7日に同じ商品を注文したが、ダンボールで梱包されずに日本まで送付されたので、商品箱がひどく傷んでカスタマーセンターにクレームを入れて、返金してもらった経緯があります。そちらも記録が残っているはずです。今回の注文も同じ過ちを繰り返さないために、配送部門にきちんとダンボール等で梱包するように速やかに伝えてください。ダンボールでの梱包が無理なら、クッション材で梱包しても良いです。はっきりいってドイツamazonの梱包担当者は仕事が雑です。梱包担当者にこの事を強く伝えてください。
